A half hour for networking and breakfast will be followed by a two-hour, content-rich preview of The 7.5 Key Strategies for Being an Effective Supervisor, a new two-day course that will be offered by Executive Education at the Enterprise Center at Burlington County College in Mount Laurel, December 4-5, as part of its corporate training programming.
The seminar will explore best practices in supervision, including insight into personal supervisory styles, accomplishing goals through others, and building a high performing team.
