Rutgers Center for Management Development Admitted to Prestigious Consortium

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - Rutgers Center for Management Development (Rutgers CMD) has been admitted to the International University Consortium for Executive Education (UNICON).  UNICON is a highly selective global consortium of 101 leading university-based executive education providers.

“All of us associated with Rutgers Center for Management Development are honored to have been invited as UNICON’s newest member,” said Dr. William Bigoness, executive director of Rutgers CMD. “This recognition is a testimony to the excellent work CMD has done in the field of executive education for many years and a vote of confidence for the contributions we plan to make to executives and organizations in the years ahead.”

UNICON comprises nearly all of the world’s leading university-based providers of executive education. Fellow UNICON member schools include Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Virginia, Duke, Stanford, North Carolina, Berkeley, Michigan and others. 


Executive Education is now offering new courses in leadership, management, supervision, business acumen, and managing change for 2012-2013.

Participants are able to translate what they have learned into action as soon as they return to their organizations. Our programs provide comprehensive, interactive instruction on a wide range of in-demand topics. Executive Education at Rutgers School of Business-Camden Introduces New Portfolio

Executive Education at Rutgers School of Business—Camden has added several new continuing education courses focusing on leadership and management skills for supervisors and executives for the 2012 to 2013 academic year.

Maximizing Your Leadership DNA is an intensive 3-day leadership training program that begins with a leadership kick-off dinner to allow senior leaders, key decision makers, business owners, and other executive-level individuals to interact in a casual setting. The coursefocuses onself-awareness exploration, application and practice situations, and case examples to help participants master the competencies of effective executive leadership. It will help participants to look at the big picture, build strong teams, and maintain effective communications while maintaining the agility and poise of the world’s most successful leaders.
