Center for Management Development Announces Updates for Mid-Management. Project Management Programs

The Center for Management Development has announced updates to two programs:

The Mid-Management Development Program has a new start date of May 15. Braun Kiess, a successful entrepreneur and management professional, has joined the program as instructor of the finance module.  The program is a high-level, results-centered program for managers with three to five years of experience, designed to enhance their strengths and increase performance.  The eight-day program will be offered from May 15 through August 7 in Piscataway. Project Management Fundamentals is now based on the Project Mangement Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and key portions of Microsoft Project software will be used to demonstrate activities, duration, task relationships, Gantt Charts, network diagrams and the critical path method.
